We turn human experience into infrastructure — the bridge between people who've lived something real and people looking for direction. No filters. No interview theatre. No CV-as-self.

Companies don't have a talent problem. They have a translation problem. Exminds is the translator: a single real day spent together, in the room, doing the work — so both sides know before anyone signs.
